    Now mind you this , it was gifted to me for Christmas , and is now long gone , bought dint even get an image of it .....
    oh the blessings of living in Ft. Worth ....
    She specializes in really good FLAN and to be very sure it is/was ....

    I don't think I have ever tasted Flan, looks like a custard.

    for those of you that haven't tried it , it resembles a golden egg custard pie minus the crust and swimming in a caramel sauce that is really thin.
    don't see golden egg custard pies much anymore , but they are a very similar in taste and general looks and consistency
    right popular with the Mexican heritage folks in these parts and seen frequently around Christmas in this part of the world .
    some excel at making it as well , some not so much ..... just saying
