    Default Burnt ends ..... ?

There are at least 2 kinds of them .....
this one is what I was originally told was a burnt end ....
off the end of a forever smoked brisket
my question is this though ....
with or without a slice of white bread ?
    KABOOM
p.s. the black chunk in the corner by the sliced brisket ,right above the jalapeno and cheese smoked sausage is the burnt end , just saying

Never heard of burnt end until I went to Ohio (of all places )
several years ago! Man they were fantastic! And as bad as it is for ya a slice of white bread goes with about anything!
    looks yummy!

Nice looking plate Ketchn, my first introduction to Burnt Ends was in Wisconsin. It was the same year Brett Farve went to the Super Bowl with the Packers. I was up there working, eating a evening meal at a local restaurant (I always ate local) when one heard me speak and ask where was I from. I told them and the waitress I was from Brett Farve's hometown and they said "No Way!" I said "Yes Way" and I like to eat! I showed the waitress my drivers license, Well even the owners started sending food to my table and one sampling was Burnt Ends. I ate so much I had the hotel send up more pillows to prop up on, basically I had to sleep sitting up. Very nice people in that part of the state. I was below Green Bay in another 2 word town. Fantastic trip, found some of the best Prime Rib ever in the Dells too.
