    Default Garlic Parmesan crusted crappie

Tried a new recipe tonight, garlic Parmesan crappie, it's delicious, pretty simple (always the best)
with a side of cowboy beans and pilaf.

It must have been good, only two left and only the wife my son and myself eating and mama rarely has more than one plate.

I sure can because it was on the ol' interweb! I didn't have any lemon pepper and forgot to put pepper flake in. The wife liked it the way it was, but I'm sure i would like it more with a little heat garlic-parmesan-crappie

Been doing something similar, my new favorite way of cooking them.
But this adds a few ingredients that I can’t wait to try on the next batch. Thanks for the recipe!

I just printed the recipe and plan to use the fish in the cooler to try. Thanks for posting the link.
