    we love baking our crappie , we use a mix of stuff we make at home and keep in a big zip lock , it includes about 30% parmesan ....
    looks tasty for sure ...

    Thanks for sharing this recipe! Followed the instructions on the link you provided and it turned out perfect. We served it on top of angel hair pasta in an Alfredo sauce with fresh spinach, asparagus, onion and Bella mushrooms along with an Italian salad and warm baguettes. Everyone who attended was full of compliments. This one is a real winner and I agree with other comments of being added to our favorite crappie recipes and will be served often. Thanks Again wc870 for bringing this to the Crappie.Com Community!!

    So... Mama requested this recipe for Valentine dinner but I wanted shrimp scampi. So I compromised and made both and some greens/beans in a broth (new recipe to me) it was real good too.
