    Cast iron fryer is the only way I roll. Get that peanut oil on the edge of smoking and its damn near impossible to beat.

    we got 2 on our stove top 24 7 365 , a large one and a small one , either one or both get used daily , cast iron is the cats meow for stove top cooking for sure ....
