    wifee brung home a package of some kind of cheap cut up pork trimmings ....?
    said it was tenderloins on the package and looked like a mess to me .....
    burned it on the grill a bit and WOW ! t was sure enough good food ....go figure ....

    thought maybe some kind of country style rib cut at first , but no bones in it ....not sure what the butcher was doing on that mess for sure

    that meal was the what is in the fridge that needs to go away type deal , not sure how the one poblano was in the back all by itself , but it cried for three days at me and then .....in the fire ya go ....

    them there tiny pcs. were just absolutely the BOMB ! man were them lil trims to stuff .....a bag of them on the grill would be worth the hassle of turning all them lil fellas for sure ,,,,,wow were they past tasty ....

    Looks good, but I prefer Butt and Shoulder. More delicious fat then center cut.
