Thread: Bacon Ranch Smashed Potatoes

Took some baby golden potatoes, boiled them until they are tender enough to smash. I had the griddle hot cooking steaks. Placed some duck fat on the griddle, smashed the potatoes until they are around a 1/4 inch thick. Once browned and crispy, flip them over . Once the second side is crispy, place potatoes on a foil covered baking sheet. Top with bacon bits, Ranch dressing of your choice and cheese. I would have added jalapenos at the time but I didn't have any. Popped it all in the oven to melt together, then broiled to brown off the cheese some.

The "Throw Together Meals" are always the best. Flavor on top of flavor! Just Awesome.
