Corned Beef and Cabbage and more
We prepared a corned beef brisket in the pressure cooker last night. Cooked it for an hour before adding cabbage then cooked it 12 minutes more so the cabbage would have a lil crunch. Instead of baby red taters added with the cabbage I asked my wife to make mashed taters instead. Had the last garden mater with cottage cheese also.
