    Default Roasted Bone Marrow

Curiosity got the best of me. So I had to experiment. It is said to be meat butter. Butter of the gods. I grabbed a couple of bags of soup bones. ( Not a good idea. Only a few bones with marrow in them. ) I smoked the bones for 4 hours while I cut grass. Came in and got a shower. Toasted up some little slices of a Baggett. I can say it is quite delicious, tastes surprisingly like butter. Very rich and Savory. It is also said to provide nutrients and collagen that is lacking in the American diet. Most other cultures do not debone their Meats before cooking. Definitely good enough for me to go somewhere and buy bones cut canoe style meant for roasting. No photos this time. Presentation was not up to snuff. Next time I will do a better job.
