    is the key element in cooking over the grill in the Texas heat ......
    if some of your hydration gets in your special bbq sauce ....well lets just say this about that ....

    I like him more every post, too hot even to cook inside but he's outside and partaking in a bit of adult refreshment while doing said event. Looks very good BTW.

    Besides the food tasting all that , it relieves the house of a heat source , our ac can barely handle the 105 area ....
    Been hotter this month a bunch ...
