Hi, I I'm keen on using antique mirror splashbacks in my kitchen and wanted advice:
1) how practical is it as a splashback
2) how durable is it - does it have to be toughened mirror (the cost is ~3x for toughened vs non-toughened mirror)
3) any other considerations to bear in mind?
Seems like it would be a chore to keep ot clean k9

I don't have any info to offer, being in a log home I eventually want to install stainless in our kitchen.
likely fragile and difficult to keep clean is my thoughts , maybe some really nice hardcore tile instead ?
