Yall ribbed me last time for no pictures, so at least grabbed one straight out the oven. I added a real light dusting, one side only Tony C creole, and a smidge of ground black pepper this time - just cause I bought a grinder and I like the sound it makes this may be the only pic
I made a bigger pan too, but it didn’t broil as well. I need to pick up a another bigger low sided glass pan
