Devils on horseback once again since the 9-12 count fresh shrimp still is $4.99/lb. Never frozen, fresh off the boat. I'm taking advantage of this while it lasts. Butterfly out, stuff with cream cheese, add a slice of fresh jalapeno, wrap in bacon, and marinate in teriyaki sauce. Grill on a hot fire (~300 °F) five minutes a side. Will work nicely with some homemade banana pudding.
