    got it in some sort of food giveaway scenario thingee , eat fresh package er something like that ....
    could figure out how it needed to be served , cooked it as the directions said and got out some GIANT tortillas and rolled some up ...
    added some peppers ,tomatoes, shredded cheese and etc. and then .....
    to say it was good inside of a browned crispy tortilla would be a huge understatement ...
    KABOOM is the word

    Nice! For your carne mechada, did you use flank, skirt, or brisket? Some fresh sliced avocados would be good with that.

    Used holy guacamole on the side , it was my salsa cup beside the burrito/taco ….
    The meat was who knows what part of the cow , it was touted as “beef” ….
    It was a package meal that wasn’t how we would eat said items …
    It came with some plantains too , we fed them to our pet box turtle….
