    Default Chicken, shrimp, and steak fried rice


    My teammates decided this was what they wanted to eat yesterday. Steak, shrimp, and chicken cooked got on the blackstone with butter and blackening seasonings. Rice was cooked earlier and sat in the fridge to dry out a little. Fried in butter and then soy sauce added to the side to flash off the moisture and not make the rice soggy. At 95 degrees it was hot standing at the flat top. Just one quick photo and I retreated inside to the comfort of the A/CName:  20230713_175506.jpg

    That looks delicious. I love it when the rice gets fried a little crunchy. Good stuff I’m sure. Looks delicious

    The heat wiped out my appetite that night. I had a generous helping of it the next day
