We had our 4th July family fish fry last week. 250 crappie fillets, 3 gallons of hushpuppies and 25# potatoes. We do this every year. big fun.

We had three fryers going. Cooked all of it in 1.5 hours. 75 people total. I get to catch the fish, clean the fish and cook the fish. We had some really good crappie fillets this year. My numbers overall were down but size was better. LOL
