    Default Breakfast For Supper

Growing up when we really put in a long day of work. Mom would fix breakfast for supper. Nothing better when you have worked till ya can't work anymore. Been on plant shut down for the past 2 weeks. Been early mornings and late nights. Wife suggested breakfast for supper. Man did that bacon and eggs hit the spot. Bacon on the Blackstone cooked until it was stiff enough the stand on its own. Eggs over medium with a nice runny yolk. Certainly some fine eating for a work weary fella. No photos. To busy eating this time. Got to love those memories of days gone by

One of my favorites is waffles and bacon for supper, lotsa bacon....or little breakfast sausages if we forgot to thaw the bacon. Hot melted butter and hot real maple syrup so you don't cool off the waffles.
Yes, I was talking to myself; sometimes even I have to ask for expert advice.

I all over that too, I just can bring myself to put cold syrup on a hot waffle. Breakfast for supper is fine eating, Jack your Blackstone makes it Top Shelf eating.

I love breakfast food anytime. Blackstone makes it easier.

I only have one complaint. It was close to 100 degrees out and that flat top only made it hotter

We skipped the bread. It would have certainly been welcome for sure.
