Blackened Chicken Alfredo
Added cajun sausage. Was some fine eating. Took it to work this morning and shared with the team. Had no complaints. Used chicken thighs. Sauce is from scratch with heavy cream and parm cheese.

It was getting late, I have been pulling long hours while we are in shutdown. The sausage was an after thought because I didn't seem to have enough chicken together the meat, sauce, noodle ratio to my liking. The sausage got heated in the sauce as it was building. Added a lot of spice and flavor to it.
