    Default Blackened Chicken Alfredo

Added cajun sausage. Was some fine eating. Took it to work this morning and shared with the team. Had no complaints. Used chicken thighs. Sauce is from scratch with heavy cream and parm cheese. Name: 20230630_180828.jpg

"Mouth Watering is my native American name" as Ketchn would say. I bet the Sausage caramelized on the Flat Top really put that plate over the top.

It was getting late, I have been pulling long hours while we are in shutdown. The sausage was an after thought because I didn't seem to have enough chicken together the meat, sauce, noodle ratio to my liking. The sausage got heated in the sauce as it was building. Added a lot of spice and flavor to it.

I'm not an Alfredo fan but that looks and sounds delicious!
Yes, I was talking to myself; sometimes even I have to ask for expert advice.

From scratch is best. Also not typical Alfredo as this has a much more Cajun/ Creole flavor.
