Blackened Pork Ribeye and Jambalaya
After taking my leftover Blackened pork chop for lunch a couple of weeks ago and stirring up my co workers. I made some to carry in and share. The Maintenance break area at the plant was unusually quiet until the food was gone.

Got my eye on a flattened, blackened , chicken thigh samich some time this weekend. Maybe a few strips of smokey bacon to round it out. Been looking at recipes for a few days. Will post the results when done
