    Strayed from the carnicerias, panaderias, and taquerias cooking this weekend. Smoked a stuffed brisket last weekend. This time devils on horseback. Fresh 9-12 count shrimp at $4.59/lb, couldn't help myself.

    Stuff with cream cheese, a slice of fresh jalapeno, and wrapped in bacon. Marinate overnight in teriyaki:
