    Default Griddle Tour

Todd Toven returned to NC this past Saturday for Blackstone Griddles. I wasn’t able to attend so I had my own griddle party alone since my wife had taken the girls overnight to visit her family. Decided I wanted some Mexican food so I made bacon fried corn and tacos. I made a chorizo mix with jalapeño and onions and angus beef mix with jalapeño, onions and garlic. Then I made myself three tacos of each kind with pepper jack cheese melted inside. Topped with shredded 4 cheese blend, cilantro, crema and lime. I know my plating skills aren’t the best but it was delicious. Strawberry cake and ice cream for dessert. Leftovers tonight.

I think it was better tonight. I got the corn tortillas extra crispy with a nice cheese skirt.

Absolutely Fantastic! The Plate Shot certainly quality but the Six Pack on the Griddle.............Priceless. The two of us just don't need a Blackstone but our Portable Propane Griddle will get a taste of this. With 96's-98's forecast the next few days and Crappie on the Halfshell cleaned waiting to grill, maybe this weekend I will get in to our newest Magnolia Table cookbook by Joanna Gaines to find something along this line. Great post Bud.

I just seasoned our new Blackstone yesterday. Keep the ideas coming, I'm likely to try em all!

You will enjoy it. I love my griddle way more than any grill I’ve had.
Thanks NCkenner thanked you for this post
