not really but its a great title ....
wife found some fajita style skirt steaks in the freezer last week ....
we burned them over an open oak fire at the ranch place on Saturday night .
They were huge slabs of beef and one came home with us ...
it lurked in the back of the fridge until yesterday ...
took that beef belly to work with me and dialed it up a bit with some fresh fixinz ,cast ironed some peppers and onions before work and then about noon...
lightly grilled in the griller oven ,sliced it up and .....
struggled thru them there left overs for lunch ....
