    Default Baked Crappie Parmesan

I have fixed this recipe before and it is so good. I really enjoy fried fish but kind of burnt myself out on it so this was a good change of pace. You can find the recipe on here from a post back in 2012. I pretty much do the same thing except I do broil mine at the end to get a little bit more of a crust. I fixed some parsley taters to go with it and while a little bit of a heavy lunch it was quite good.
