We take flaky Grands biscuits and roll them out thin . Fry a pound of your favorite sausage ( we use Jimmy Dean ) . Dry grease from crumbled up sausage and place 1/8 of it on a flattened raw biscuit with a chunk of your favorite cheese (we prefer Pepper Jack ). Close the biscuit around the cheese and sausage . Then place on cookie sheet and bake as usual . Great fresh but good to warm up and grab on the go to save time .I store them in small plastic sandwich bags in the refrigerator . I call them Hawg Balls but old woman calls the Boss Hogs .
