Default For lack of a Whataburger

I had to make my own BOB. The long missed breakfast on a bun. Tennessee Pride hot sausage, a fresh from the chicken fried egg, a slice of cheese, and a bunch grilled with a bit of clarified butter until crispy on the edges.
I got so carried away I was almost finished with it before I thought about photos. It certainly was delicious

Sounds delicious. We just threw something together quickly so we could start on lunch preparation.

I fixed it while I was boiling 30 eggs for deviled eggs. I had a few minutes.

Soon , your post made me make one , of course you would have to add to my version as it isn’t spicy
Mine involves bacon , but it could be spicy sausage instead and turn out EVEN better ...
