    Default Bone dust seasonings

went to a outdoor sports event yesterday, there was a club there offering fried panfish samples, they were frying the fish in canola oil and using a seasoning called bone dust, i asked where they got the seasoning the guy said google bone dust seasonings, i did find it looks like a ton of ingredients to make, has anyone ever tried it and any thoughts about it, anything else that i can buy rather than mix the up.
