tried to make one the other day , no recipe , just fresh pizza dough, a pizza stone and a bag of mozzarella , used all the appropriate ingredients spice wise and cooked it a bit longer than a pizza to ensure it was right on the inside .....
made my own garlic butter dipping sauce ....
braised it a few times with the dipping sauce right before it was done ....
thought it was much to large for us to finish it, and thought man it will be tasty in the griller oven tomorrow, sadly I was wrong, and it was all gone that evening .......
a simply classic failure no doubt ....
