Default Butter Chicken with Parmesan Naan

I do enjoy some good Indian food.
This is a quick and easy cook and it is one of those that is better leftover.

My wife doesn't eat the yellow stuff (Curry) so I eat Her share, more for the Glutton! Looks very tasty.
If I die from a Deadly Sin it will be Gluttony!

    Skillet on medium heat
Cook a diced onion in some oil until soft (Half if a large onion)
Add about a tablespoon or 1.5 minced garlic and minced ginger and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute)
add 1 to 1.5 pounds of bite size chicken (cut doesnt matter but I did breast)
and a 6 oz can of tomato paste with 1-1.5 tablespoons Garam Masala and 1-2 teaspoons of chili powder a teaspoon of cumin a couple tablespoons of water and some salt and pepper
When the chicken is just about done add about a cup of heavy whipping cream and stir it around scraping the goody off the pan
Finish cooking the chicken and serve it over a bed of rice and sprinkle some Parsley on top to make it pretty.

Maybe next time I cook it I can make a video for youtube.

I love curried foods, unfortunately my wife doesn’t so it’s a rarity around here like Bigfoot. LOL
