Them cast iron pan seared veggies were really darn good

she used pre cooked white rice and pre boiled broccoli , Velveeta ,whole milk and put crumbled cheese itz on it before baking it 20 minutes at 350 .
cup of rice, cup of broccoli, cup of whole milk, cup of Velveeta, hit the micro with the cheese and milk to make a "soup" and folded it all together gently in a baking dish , we dont use measuring devices much when we cook , so its all approximate on the amounts used .
add whatever spices you see fit , it likely had a bit of garlic powder and onion powder and ZERO salt added
