    nothing fancy , just chicken enchiladas , not really spicy (that is why there is a hot pepper beside them) , tex mex style , sure is yummy stuff

    Coon or No-Coon I would sit down and Crush It! As long as the kernels were removed before cooking the Coon I'm in.

    found out it was in fact mystery meat , thunk it was chicken though , my bad ....
    then the wife informed me it was actually turkey breast she cooked back when and froze and then defrosted and shredded...
    almost coon I suppose .....
    the bad part is she made bunches to freeze and some plates for lunch and we have been just hammering them EVERY day for a while now and STILL ain't tired of eating them...
    this batch was way past good for sure
