Cabbage Soup with A KICK
Chopped some Cabbage, 1/2 yellow onion, 1 Jalapeño, 10-15 button mushrooms, diced maters, minced garlic. Added these ingredients to beef stock and cooked in slow cooker all day. Pic is at the start of cooking. Added some cooked ground Venison per bowl to add low fat protein. Salt and pepper to taste after serving.

Yes I'm all over that. Cabbage is very versatile but people shy away because they build up some "Back Pressure" (pun intended) if you know what I mean. We have not slept in the same room for years now, I up 1/2 the night so bring it on.
