    Looks awesome. All of the sudden this can of BBQ Vienna Sausages with Ritz Crackers kickin' just isn't cuttin' it.
    It's cool, damp, and rainy here. I believe it's a pretty good oyster stew day... yep, oyster stew is goin' on the stove now.

    Put down some kind or mat underneath the griddle, they do splatter quite a bit. Some of the guys at work have horror stories about concrete and decking stains from it.
