they call them all sorts of names here and lots of places serve them , one company that feeds their customers " i am a customer " has them with fries and cheeseburgers once a month ....
not sure if they still do it though , since covid and such ,so many things that we used to do no longer exist

I cooked some more but since cleaning up the small bell peppers I just cut them longways in half then sliced fingers into the halves like a bloomin' onion to make them more interesting. Playing with my food. Well they look kinda cool and retained much more flavor.

Bell pepper petals. They look great.
