Yesterday's rotisserie chicken got transformed into today's Chicken pot pie. It made for a great warming meal with leftovers for lunch at work tomorrow. It was even wife approved

I could have done a better job with the lattice crust. But it sure didn't effect the taste.

Still looks very delicious, I love chicken pot pie. The rotisserie setup looks very good too, that's one thing I have never made. I bought a rotisserie motor but turned it into a saltwater epoxy fly drier. Once I epoxied the shaft of the drying disc into the socked meant for the spit it's had only one use here.

The wife has wanted a gas grill since the old one rusted out. The grill came with a searing burner and a rotisserie. I had not used one until that cook. It sure makes for some juicy chicken with crispy skin

I just layer the canned biscuits on top. That looks very nice and I am sure the taste was excellent.
Maybe they will bite this one……
