Hi, I'd like to share a recipe that was a hit at my restaurant for other types of fish and is just so delicious great for crappie. The secret is to preseason then use Korean flour and grapeseed oil as they creates a crispy crunch. Even my grandkids love this recipe and are always asking me to make some.
