Thread: OLD forgotten game meat in the freezer

Would you attempt consumption of said item ? It was only 6.5 years old !
We ate it for the last 2 days and you wish you were here for the past perfection that ensued .
Today it will be day 3 eating it and its been in tacos and steaks and it is some kinda of tasty .
I seasoned it and let it sit in the frig another 3 days after I defrosted my find and it looked like last years meat when I defrosted it .
Frozen in water is for sure the best way I have ever encountered to keep fish and game in great condition for lengths of time in the freezer .....
cut thin and a cast iron rodeo is how we cooked it and for sure .....mmmmm
