Wife bought two beef tenderloins. I put one in the freezer for Christmas. The other one I cut a slit in the bag and let it age in the bottom of fridge for a week. Sliced it up tonight. We had the two end pieces and the first steak from the each end. Instant Pot “baked” potatoes. Man it was good. Cooked on Big Green Egg at 600 degrees. Topped off with cranberry mango ginger ale bourbons ( 4 Roses single barrel).
