I am thinking about purchasing a home deep fryer. I have a propane cooker I use when cooking a big batch of fish for a fish fry for friends, boiling mud bugs, etc but it's just to much for cooking for one meal. I am asking for recommendations. I would like a two or three basket electric fryer with a way to filter my oil for reuse. Any suggestions?
About any of them are decent, T-Fal and Oster are the brands I've been through. Due to the nature of them, we usually get about 4 or 5 years out of one. A good sealed lid and replaceable filters are the main things I look for, and adjustable temperature settings.
I will say that since we got an air fryer, we haven't pulled out the indoor electric fryer in a long time.
