I do it, steamed, baked, or fried even smoked I wouldn't lie.
I cook it now most of the time. I don't think I've ever had better than my grandmothers could cook though. I've had close but never as good. I'm sure a lot of it was where everybody was together though. Good times good memories from the catching and eating.

I am trying to learn to catch, clean and cook them myself. Last batch I cooked was actually pretty good!
