Does it have to be gas?
I hope this is the right place to post this question. I would love to find a portable fish fryer that wouldn't take up too much room in the car. I know there are lots of fryers out there that can be connected to a propane tank like you would use with a grill. But is there one that can be connected to one of those small Coleman Fuel tanks that you can buy for camping at Walmart and other places? It's about 6 or 8 inches tall and about as big around as a Duke Mayonnaise jar. (See, I'm from South Carolina! If it doesn't say "Dukes" it isn't mayonnaise.) Anyway packing one of those grill propane tanks in the car would take up too much space with all the other stuff we have to take with us on vacations. If anyone can help me locate a store that sells one that uses the smaller bottles, I sure would appreciate it.
Thanks and Take Care

Check out the FireDisc cooker. I love mine and works well with fish.
