    Default Fish Tacos MMMMMmmmm

Created the breading myself (bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, more pepper, season salt, paprika).
Egg/milk wash on crappies, batter, and fry in cast iron with just a film of Extra Virgin.
Dice up onions, tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro.
Put everything in a slightly warm corn tortilla and drizzle with a couple drops of hot sauce and lime juice.

    YUMMMMM!

I had never tried Fish Tacos and my buddy decided it was time I did. He invited wife and me for a Taco dinner. We had caught some Striped Bass and he fried them. That was a first too. I had been under the mistaken impression that Stripers were better baked or grilled but these fried nuggets were delicious. I have ordered them in restaurants a few times since, but none have been as good as the homemade. I suspect you can't find ones as good as yours either. They look mighty good to me.
