Another hush puppy recipe....
Go to Wally World and get Martha White Hush Puppy Mix with Onions
Completely disregard the recipe on the package

In a plastic or glass bowl mix the Puppy mix,a small can of creamed corn(14.5 ounce ?),and 5 or 6 tablespoons of sliced jalapenos.
I like to put the jalapenos on a plate and slice into quarters or thirds (approximately)when getting ready.
I like hot spicy food....If you do not or do vary the amount of Jalapenos down or up.......

We have been using canola oil for years.Whatever oil you like at 350 degrees and use tablespoon to dollop into oil and start a kitchen timer.
At 2 1/2 minutes use fork or tongs to flip top to bottom.If you don't they don't want to flip later.Every 2 1/2 minutes flip them again until they just begin to brown a bit.
I like to put them on a big stack of paper towels with tongs.
Keep it up til your batter is gone

Once they have cooled a bit see what you've done....Hope you like them
