    Bumping this one cause it's freakin' delicious and I've been craving some fish tacos. Lack of fish really sucks when your craving fish.

    Boy that looks good. I'm going to have to thaw out some filets and try that! Or go catch some fresh ones.

    Looks like it would be great. I'm going to have to try. I bet it would be good with diced onions or pico de gallo on it,too as well as several other things I can think of. I bet it would be good with grilled or broiled crappie, too. I guess just go with your imagingation, but I think you've hit a home run here.

    Man I Blackened some fresh crappie last night and tonight! Let's say it's real close to being better than deep fried! Haven't tried it with a taco shell yet, but it's soon!

    Add a slice or two of avacado for even more flavor and a bit of creamy texture to the taco. Also, you can make a spicy mayonnaise by adding just a bit of chipotle!!
