crappie pinwheels

first lay out a piece of bacon flat(thin cut)
spread thin layer of cream cheese over bacon
place pre cut piece of crappie same width and length of bacon on top of bacon
roll up like a pinwheel
cut purple onion into wedges
insert skewer through onion wedge then pinwheel then onion
the wedges helps hold it all together you can fit three or four pinwheels on one skewer
after they are skewered and seasoned or marinaded what ever(i use a hawaiian marinade) put them on the pit and cook till bacon is done
i put a small piece of pepper jack cheese on it right before its done
may sound a little to much but its a good break from eating fried fish and it is really good let me know how you guys like it
