If anybody has one in collection they would like to part with or ideas on where to find one like moms or grandmaws please let me know.
    Thanks!
Flea markets and antique stores. Maybe yard sales. I use one to cook two 10 to 12 oz ribeyes on the stove, with onions and mushrooms of course.

I have a set of the Old Wagner that I got when my Great Grandmother passed away. She must have used these her whole life because you can almost see your reflection in them.
I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.

Just purchased a set of Lodge cooking utensils. Got several large skillets that the wifey can no longer lift. Got to get the new ones seasoned so we can use them.

She died at the ripe old age of 104 just 2 days shy of her 105 birthday. She never spent a single day in a nursing home and lived on her own up until the day she passed. She outlived my grandmother by 20 years.

whenever I am restoring a large cast iron pan I always think of the history behind it.Large pans I think means it served a large family.I would love to know some of the history and stories that was told during those times.Mea;s cooled in a fireplace on a cold snowy morning or outside in summer over a campfire,Or maybe came west with the early pioneers.Who knows?
