Had mine a year and love it. The key to temp control are the vents. Use only lump charcoal.

10-4, how is the temp control, curious if it would be as good as the Weber Kettles for the extra money.

It holds temp like a champ. It will burn 4-5 hours on a hand full of lump charcoal, amazing. Small hand full of wood chips and it made the chicken taste like I had smoked it for hours............I like it.

I have had mine for a year and LOVE IT! Here's a pic of a Boston butt I smoked low and slow for ten hrs. It barely burns up the charcoal. Put in one layer about 5 inches high and smoked 2 butts, a chicken, 2 racks, and burgers with it. It's truly amazing how well it holds temp.
Fishing is like pizza.......Even when it's not that good, it's still pretty good!
