    Put two butts on the smoker. Be good eats later on. Homemade BBQ sauce chilling in the fridge.

    The smoker is a Brinkman Trail master Limited Edition. I need to build the big smoker. I have a 120 gallon compressed air tank to make it out of. The Crappie fishing was too good this winter and now its too hot to be cutting and welding. I can come up with more excuses if need be. Ha

    Took to 200 degrees internal temp and then let rest. Nice clean bone pull. Yum
