I tried this last night, and it's my new favorite crappie recipe!

As soon as I can get out and catch a few I will definately try this recipe. I will also be trying this recipe on sauger. They normally get turned on here between Christmas and New Years.

Hands down, best fried speck I've had. Definitely add some salt and even a dash of Blackened redfish seasoning to spice it up a bit :p

Good recipe! I fixed some last night. I added a little dab of Panko bread crumbs along with some Tony's seasoning. They were good both ways. Thanks for the recipe.

I tried this recipe on sauger and it was excellent. My oldest son said it was probably the best he has ever eaten.
    Thanks
