I tried this tonight and it was delicious.
Have enough fillet to fill 9" x 13" greased baking pan side touching and single layer.
1/2 cup of teriyaki marrinaide and 1 tablespoon brown sugar mixed together.
pour over fillets to coat as much as possible.
sprinkle unseasoned bread crumb over fillet to cover completely.
bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes and then let set for 3-5 minutes.
Boy, was it good. Give it a try. Simple and easy.
