    Wow! Now this is a recipe I need to try and soon! Sounds delicious! As far as "next day fish", I think if you'll buy a cheap toaster oven for around $20 and just lay those left over fillets, fries, puppies, etc on a sheet of foil for about 5 min at 400 degrees...man o man...it's like they just came outta the oil the first time!! Phooey, now I'm hungry...

    Just saw this. Sounds Like a good Idea with the toaster oven. Did you try the recipe?
